Do you love your garage?
I love garages but most homeowners do not love their garage. How do I know? Having worked for a residential property management company and a garage door service company, I have seen the various ways that people utilize or rather, don’t utilize their garage space. They are often forgotten areas of the home that can offer some of the biggest benefits if designed for what a homeowner is lacking.
As a car and motorcycle guy with a family that has recreational equipment, lawn and gardening tools, three huge dogs and an extra refrigerator and freezer, I feel all of the struggles of how to keep a garage organized, useful and efficient. With so many areas of our lives going into one space, it’s hard to figure out what is most important.
So…what is important to you? Have a car that is your pride and joy? I have seen some amazing garages that would make a race team envious. Love to host game days? Garages can be set up for entertaining like you are in a stadium suite. Need to work out but no place for equipment? Garages can be turned into complete home gyms.
I have also seen plenty of garages that are not used to their fullest potential. Cars only? Even cars deserve a nice place to hang out while you are at home. Lack storage or can’t part with your unused stuff? Maybe it’s time to clean up and get it all organized.
The nice thing about deciding to improve your garage, is that you can do it with any budget even if that involves one project at a time. I have all of the resources to help you regain your space, model it like a showroom, or add on to your living area. Let me help you love your garage as much as I love garages that work for you.
